The effect of four types of saline soils with different salinities (2, 4, 8 and 16 dS m-1) along with inoculation with two sterile bacterial and control isolates from three groups of saline, alkaline and saline alkaline bacteria isolated from rhizosphere of Khorasan Razavi almond orchards on induction of resistance against salinity in almond grafted on GN rootstocks was evaluated under salinity and soil alkalinity conditions. The highest 3- Indole acetic acid content, dissolution of mineral phosphates and exopolysaccharide were observed in alkaline, saline and saline isolates, respectively. Soil salinity significantly reduced plant height, leaf area, fresh and dry weight of shoots and roots, soluble, insoluble and total sugars. The highest plant height (61.2 cm) and was observed in the halophilic group and the lowest was recorded in alkaliphilic group. Halophilic bacteria caused the highest increase in fresh weight of shoots. However, the fresh weight of the roots was the highest in the group of haloalkaliphilic bacteria. The ratio of fresh weight of shoots to roots was 0.86, 0.87 and 0.74 for the halophilic, alkaliphilic and haloalkaliphilic, respectively, indicating that the effects of haloalkaliphilic bacteria on root growth were greater than shoot growth. Inoculation of haloalkaliphilic bacteria increased root and shoot water content in high salinity soils (16 and 8 dS m-1, respectively). In general, the use of haloalkaliphilic bacteria had the highest effect in improving the growth of roots, alkalis and saline-like plants by increasing the morphological and biochemical properties of almonds, respectively.}, keywords = {Plant growth promoting bacteria,Proline,Chlorophyll,Total sugar}, title_fa = {بهبود برخی خصوصیات رشدی و بیوشیمیایی بادام با استفاده از باکتری‌های ریزوسفری شور، قلیا و شور و قلیاپسند در بادامستان‌های خراسان رضوی}, abstract_fa = {بادام در زمره درختان باغی حـساس به شوری قرار میگیـرد. تاثیر چهار نوع خاک شور با شوریهای مختلف (2، 4، 8 و 16 dS m-1) به همراه تلقیح دو جدایه باکتری و شاهد استریل شده از سه گروه باکتری شورپسند، قلیاپسند و شورو قلیاپسند جداسازی شده از ریزوسفر بادام ستانهای خراسان رضوی بر القاء مقاومت به شوری در پایه GN بادام تحت شرایط شوری و قلیائیت خاک، بررسی شد. بیشترین میانگین تولید تری ایندولاستیک اسید، انحلال فسفاتهای معدنی و اگزوپلیساکارید بترتیب برای جدایه های قلیاپسند، شوروقلیاپسند و شورپسند مشاهده گردید. شوری خاک بهطور معنی داری ارتفاع گیاهان، مساحت برگ، وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی و ریشه ها، قند محلول، نامحلول و کل را کاهش داد. بیشترین ارتفاع گیاه (cm 61/2) در گروه شورپسندها و کمترین آن در گروه قلیاپسندها مشاهده شد. باکتریهای شورپسند بیشترین افزایش را در وزن تر اندام هوایی موجب شدند، لیکن وزن تر ریشه ها در گروه باکتریهای شور و قلیاپسند حداکثر بود. نسبت وزن تر اندام هوایی به ریشه ها به ترتیب برای سه گروه شورپسند، قلیاپسند و شور و قلیاپسندها 0/86، 0/87 و 0/74 بود که بیانگر تأثیر بیشتر باکتریهای شور و قلیاپسند بر رشد ریشه ها نسبت به رشد اندام هوایی بود. تلقیح باکتریهای شور و قلیاپسند موجب افزایش درصد رطوبت ریشه ها و اندام هوایی در خاکهایی با شوری بالا (بترتیب 16 و 8 dS m-1) گردید. به طورکلی، باکتریهای شوروقلیاپسند بر بهبود رشد ریشه ها، قلیاپسندها و شورپسندها بترتیب بر افزایش خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی بادام تأثیر بیشتری داشتند.}, keywords_fa = {باکتری‌های بهبود دهنده رشد گیاه,پرولین,قند کل,کلروفیل,نسبت وزن اندام‌هوایی به ریشه}, url = {https://rip.urmia.ac.ir/article_121148.html}, eprint = {https://rip.urmia.ac.ir/article_121148_a6f3dc134d69657b276968fef40cc41c.pdf} }
