Water deficit is one of the stresses that negatively affect the growth and yield of many agricultural crops such as members of citrus family. Higher plants developed several physiological and biochemical adaptation systems that give them a chance to survive and let them to escape from water deficit stress. In this research the effect of Nitric Oxide, as a stress modulator, on citrus plants was investigated. A trial was conducted as factorial with randomized complete blocks design in three replications on three species of citrus including Poncirus, Swingle citrumelo and Carrizo citrange. There were also drought stress treatments in three levels (FC, 30% FC and 60% FC) and Sodium nitroprusside treatments, as a NO releasing compound, in three levels (0, 0.5 and 1 mM). Some physiological factors such as chlorophyll fluorescence, stomatal conductance, leaf water potential and leaf relative water content were measured. Also, some biochemical factors such as DPPH and the contents of phenols and malondialdehyde were investigated. The results showed that drought stress, decreased leaf water potential, stomatal conductance, relative water content and Fv/Fm significantly. Some biochemical factors such as DPPH, phenols and malondialdehyde activity increased during drought stress. Application of sodium nitroprusside, modulated the destructive effects of drought stress specially with the concentration of 1 mM.}, keywords = {Drought stress,Poncirus,Sodium nitroprusside,Chlorophyll fluorescence,Fv/Fm}, title_fa = {اثرات نیتریک اکساید بر برخی از صفات فیزیولوژیک در سه گونه از مرکبات در شرایط کم آبی}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی تاثیر نیتریک اکساید بر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیکی مرکبات تحت شرایط کم آبی، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح  بلوکهای کامل تصادفی بر روی 3 گونه از مرکبات شامل: پونسیروس، سیتروملو و سیترنج در 3 سطح تنش خشکی (30، 60 و 100 درصد ظرفیت مزرعهای)، 3 سطح سدیم نیتروپروساید (آزادکنندهی نیتریک اکساید) (0، 5/0 و 1 میلیمولار) و در 3 تکرار طراحی گردید. شاخصهای فیزیولوژیکی از جمله کلروفیل فلورسنس، هدایت روزنهای، پتانسیل آب برگ و محتوی نسبی آب برگ (RWC) اندازهگیری شد. شاخصهای بیوشیمیایی از جمله فعّالیت آنتیاکسیدانی کل (DPPH)، فنل کل و مالوندیآلدئید مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان داد که تنش خشکی باعث کاهش معنیداری در مقادیر پتانسیل آب برگ، هدایت روزنهای، محتوی نسبی آب برگ (RWC) و Fv/Fm شده است. شاخصهای بیوشیمیایی مثل DPPH، فنل کل و مالوندی آلدئید در اثر تنش خشکی افزایش معنیداری نشان دادند. کاربرد سدیم نیترو پروساید در این تحقیق نشان داد که این ماده نقش تعدیلکنندگی در تنش خشکی داشته و اثرات آن را کاهش داده است. نتایج نشان داد که غلظت 1 میلی مولار این ماده تأثیر بیشتری در تعدیل اثرات تنش داشته است.}, keywords_fa = {تنش خشکی,پونسیروس,سدیم نیتروپروساید,کلروفیل فلورسنس,Fv/Fm}, url = {https://rip.urmia.ac.ir/article_20284.html}, eprint = {https://rip.urmia.ac.ir/article_20284_916496675ed33378e9fe4b181bdb96fc.pdf} }
