Abstract

In this study, the micro-propagation ability of 4 promising apple rootstoks AR4, AR8, AR10, AR11 and Azayesh Isfahan cultivar was investigated. In this way, the samples prepared from the selected rootstocks were placed in glass and during two experimental stages, the superior culture medium for stablishment of these rootstocks was selected. In the first experiment, after placing the samples on MS 1.2 medium, the effect of BAP plant growth regulator treatments at four levels, 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2 mg / liter on the proliferation of the samples and in the second experiment, rooting ability of rootstocks was tested, with two types and concentrations of rooting hormones including: 1 and 2 mg / liter IBA, 1 and 2 mg / liter NAA were evaluated. All experiments were performed as a factorial in a completely randomized design with two factors (Culture medium and rootstock), 3 replications and 5 samples per plot.
