تأثیر کاربرد اسیدسالیسیلیک بر ارقام زیتون دزفولی و کورونایکی در شرایط تنش خشکی

چکیده

اسیدسالیسیلیک یک ترکیب فنلی امیدبخش است که به دلیل نقش آن در مقاومت گیاهان به تنش‌های محیطی مختلف مانند خشکی، توجه زیادی را به خود جلب کرده است. بر همین مبنا به منظور بررسی تأثیر محلول‌پاشی اسیدسالیسیلیک (در غلظت‏‏ های صفر، 1 و 3 میلی‌مولار هر 15 روز یکبار) بر برخی خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی نهال‌های دو رقم زیتون (کورونایکی و دزفولی) در شرایط تنش خشکی (آبیاری با فواصل 5، 10 و 15 روز یکبار)، یک آزمایش گلدانی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی و در سه تکرار در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه ارومیه انجام گرفت. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد که با افزایش تنش خشکی پارامتر‌های رشدی شامل ارتفاع نهال، تعداد و سطح برگ در مقایسه با شاهد کاهش و میزان پروتئین‌کل‌، مالون ‌دی‌آلدهید، گلایسین ‌بتائین، فعالیت آنزیم‌های‌ آنتی‌اکسیدانی شامل کاتالاز، آسکور‌بات ‌پراکسیداز و گایاکول‌ پراکسیداز افزایش یافتند. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که سطح برگ، پروتئین ‌کل، فعالیت آنزیم‌های کاتالاز و گایاکول‌ پراکسیداز در رقم دزفولی بیشتر از رقم کورونایکی و ارتفاع نهال، تعداد برگ، محتوی گلایسین بتائین و فعالیت آنزیم آسکور‌بات ‌پراکسیداز در رقم کورونایکی بیشتر از رقم دزفولی بود. کاربرد اسیدسالیسیلیک باعث افزایش ارتفاع نهال و تعداد برگ شد. همچنین کاربرد اسیدسالیسیلیک باعث کاهش مالون‌ دی‌آلدهید و افزایش گلایسین‌ بتائین، پروتئین ‌کل و فعالیت آنزیم‌های کاتالاز، آسکور‌بات‌ پراکسیداز و گایاکول ‌پراکسیداز گردید. در مجموع یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که رقم دزفولی تحمل بیشتری به خشکی داشته و کاربرد اسیدسالیسلیک توانست اثرات تنش خشکی را کاهش دهد.
